CNBM and China Railway Signed Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement

On September 10, China National Building Materials Group Corporation (CNBM) and China Railway Corporation (CRCC) signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement at the headquarters of CNBM. Yao Yan, General Manager and Deputy Secretary of CPC Committee of CNBM Group, and Shi Dahua, Chairman and Secretary of CPC Committee of China Railway attended the signing ceremony. Guo Chaomin, Vice General Manager of CNBM Group, and Dai Hegen, Vice President of China Railway, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.

And further strengthen cooperation in the purchase and sale of cement and other building materials, overseas cooperation, technical cooperation and other aspects.

　　Before the signing ceremony, the two sides held cordial talks and reached further consensus on cooperation matters. Yao Yan firstly welcomed the visit of Mr. Shi Dahua and his delegation and introduced the overview of the Group, focusing on the development status and prospect of cement, new building materials and other building materials, and said that he was very glad to establish a partnership with China Railway, and that the Group's affiliated enterprises would provide the best quality service for China Railway. Mr. Shi Dahua expressed his appreciation for the rapid development of CNBM Group in recent years and gave a high evaluation to the cooperation between the two sides. He introduced the development of China Railway and expressed his willingness to further strengthen cooperation.
